A Light Question

Light and dark coexist
The truth remains that without light to frame
The darkness
It would be missed?
Or is it the other way around?
Is it true that the deeper the depths of darkness
The more the catastrophicly contrasting light cascades?
Or is it that because the more darkness dawns
The more looming light begins to fade?
do they divinely intertwine and align like braids?
Or does our night affect the other side of the worlds days
Light must outshine the dark as I’ve never heard of moon rays
Yet the dark is void of color and thought
While light is an ever expanding chasm capturing
Every shade it sought
The darkness sucks from you with no receipt of property bought
Whilst the perplexingly penetrating light pierces and encases your heart
An eternal tug of war,
they pass like two ships in the night
Either your waiting in the dark
Or you’ve flipped on the light.
