You are loved and you have no idea how much because you keep looking for people to affirm you. As long as you look for your worth in others you will never find it. It’s not because of some deep spiritual principle. Plain and simple, because they are not you. No one can speak the language of your soul so the people that “keep missing the mark” will eventually grow tired of trying. Being affirmed by others is a black whole that can never be filled. Like a drug where overtime the affirmation begins to be less effective so you need more and more and more. The good news is that The Father created you, your soul, and the language it understands. Find your affirmation in Him. Once you are secure in yourself enough to withstand this storm, no storm will cause you the same kind of fear you feel now. Do not depend on “man” to secure you in who you are because they can’t even understand how much you are loved. Embrace the fear, welcome the storm and take refuge in God for He loves you. You are loved and you have no idea how much. Be encouraged because everything you need to make it through this, you already have inside you. You have love.
